This Operator is easy to install and can be unbolted and removed if required.
The 1200 Newton Motor has a Brass Worm Gear -Not a nylon gear.
We use a 14mm bolt & bearing to run up and down the ramp to stop the bolt bending.
The trolley that runs up and down the shaft is metal with 4 bearings for easy operation.
The idle gear between the motor and the shaft has been machined to reduce the speed and provides more torque to the operator.
It is very easy to set up the limits & it is all programmable so there are no unreliable limit switches.
